How to Unlock Dancer in Final Fantasy XIV

Level Required: Have a Disciple of War or Disciple of Magic at Level 60

It is easy for you to unlock FFXIV Dancer if you meet the requirements above. Speak to the Eager Lominsan in Limsa Lominsa and he will give you a quest named “Shall We Dance”. Upon accepting the quest, you'll immediately unlock the Dancer class.

FFXIV Dancer Rotation Guide

FFXIV Dancer is almost proc-based, it's not really possible to give a set rotation.
Opener: SS>devil>TS>flourish
Prio/Rotation immediately after above: SD >fans> procs.

For your opener, you generally prep Standard Step before a pull, and hit Standard Finish as the tank pulls. Then, start Technical Step. After you hit Technical Finish, use Flourish first, Rising Windmill, Devilment > and then follow the priority system with Saber Dance first, then your hardest hitting procs (Bloodshower, Fountainfall), and then Reverse Cascade last. During Tech Finish windows, you can use Saber Dance as early as 50 Esprit.

You can also pick a Dance Partner like Samurai who are generally the highest DPS. You can kind of use the enmity bars on the job icons to judge who to Dance Partner. Just look for whichever DOS is below the tank in enmity. Otherwise, you must rely on magical crystal balls that absolutely no one has access to or uses in this game.
